What cookies do

Current public website

Google Analytics, advertising trackers and embedded YouTube, Google Maps or WhatsApp chat tools are not configured in this website. Fonts and images are served locally. The enquiry form keeps unfinished answers in the current page only, not in localStorage or sessionStorage. There is no optional-cookie banner because the application does not currently set optional cookies.

Essential admin sign-in cookie

Cookie name: mdc_admin. Provider: MedDocCall, first party. Purpose: authenticating authorised staff in the enquiry desk. Duration: eight hours; removed on sign-out. It contains a random sign-in token, not enquiry details, and is marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict. It is set after a successful admin sign-in and is not used for advertising or tracking public visitors.

Necessary cookies and your choices

The admin authentication cookie is necessary to provide the secure sign-in service requested by the staff member. It relies on the strictly necessary exception to cookie consent. Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of associated personal information. Blocking or deleting it will prevent or end the signed-in session; public pages can still be read.

Hosting and external services

Hostinger delivers the website and may process technical request information for hosting and security. Third-party websites and email services have their own policies when you use them or follow a link. An external link is different from embedding a third-party tracking tool in this website.

Future optional features

Before adding analytics, marketing, embedded content or other optional technologies, we will review their requirements and update this policy. Where consent is required, the feature must wait for your choice and provide an appropriate way to change it. This policy does not claim consent for future features.
